I had a bad experience here, one specific girl would not do what the dentist said, gave me dentures back covered in acrylic powder, which is really unhygienic, and unprofessional, but I can not lie, I love my dentures!! They did break recently, I went to aspen dental and returned the teeth because they were absolutely horrible. I am going to affordable Dentures and implants at a different location now but I really feel like I am going to be unhappy with them from the multiple wax try ins, not this office. They got my teeth right the first time right off the bat, they made the teeth look like my real teeth but whiter and straighter, same shape and height, everywhere else I have gone, I have been unhappy and returned the dentures. I want to come back to this office but I am actually scared to return because I felt more like a burden to them. But I have to give it to them, their teeth are beautiful, I get so many compliments on my dentures and how real and beautiful they are. I want to return but I am afraid. I have referred alot of people to their office and will continue to even thought I didnt get the best customer service. I would return here absolutely! I would love to come back

I LOVE THESE WOMEN N THE DENTIST THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IT SHOWS THEY LOVE THIER JOBS.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WEST CHESTER LOCATION.. IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH MY TEETH AND THE SERVICE.. GO TO THE WEST CHESTER LOCATION 9464 CIVIC CENTRE BLVD.. I LOVE IT THERE N YOU WILL TOO..

Today was my first time here and I had the BEST experience because of Taylor the office manager. She made me feel so comfortable and made the process so smooth. I was so nervous going into my appointment but she reassured me the whole time that it was going to be easy and she even held my hand for extra support. She deserves a raise and I think everyone needs an office manager like Taylor.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The problem involves tactics with billing. They helped me setup financing to pay for services then charged my account $11,900 before any work had been accomplished. I had asked about this specifically before we set up the account as was told nothing would be charged until after services were preformed.

I would never recommend this place. It's been a nightmare. First off the appt are never on time. I've waited over an hour on two occasions. Currently in the waiting room now...32 mins past appt time still waiting. There is no on call Dr if you have issues. I had full teeth extraction on a Tuesday and had to go to my Dr on friday because I got infection and no one would answer at the office or return my calls. The dentures are very cheap and fit horribly. Nothing but pain and I still can't even attempt to wear the bottom ones. The following Thursday after extractions the whole left side of my face and eye swelled up and I had to go to the ER.because again no one would answer my calls at the office. Alr day on antibiotics but got some steroids. I'm not sure what's going on or what they're going to do today. After I spent 5000 they sent me a 15% off coupon in the mail a few days later which I found super annoying. Would loved to have used that and saved $750! Why would you send it out to me after the fact? Place is also dirty. Dusty, dirty. You will see trash outside every window. The girl who works the front desk (Maigen) is not warm and friendly in any way. She is rude, never smile
